How long of a break between cycles?

Not true. As long as you keep lifting the same weight. I never understood how ppl say you lose strength afterwards. Maybe lose focus and aggression that makes you feel stronger, but if you continue using the same weight, then you will keep it. Alot of it is mental. Don't psych yourself out. Just don't try and go higher in weight or give up and sit on your ass and you'll be alright. I never had a problem with strength until I was away from the gym for a while, that's when you lose strength because your muscles atrophy and your body must rebuild itself and adjust.

As far as not waiting 12 weeks. Well if you're impatient and have alot of money to keep on getting blood tests then have fun. But I don't see the rush. Relax and let your body recouperate. Why start as soon as blood tests tell you you're alright? You plan on going to the Olympia?

>>> Exactly , all this lost of strenght talk is bullshit .If you keep busting your ass on the gym lifting with the same poundage and keep your protein intake HIGH you should lose no strenght at all . And also , one very important factor is the PCT - get your TEST levels to normal range as soon as possible because with no test in your system , you might experience some loss of strenght , but if you do your PCT right , your test levels will come back to normal range FAST and you will be fine .

That sucks.

I'm probably gonna lose most of the strength I gained, right?

Thanks Bro's.

If you do then your training is pretty poor; otherwise you should keep 80-90% of it.

How about waiting until you hit another plateau in gains from your regular training/diet regimen?

Fuck all this hurrying to get back on a cycle. You should start juicing when you see diminishing returns with your diet/training...after making whatever adjustments you can to break through the sticking point naturally. After all else fails, then juice.

Same goes for the second cycle...after you come off the first one, keep as much as you can by lifting with high intensity and low reps...then when your blood work comes back to the pre-cycle values, you should start trying to make gains naturally again until you come upon another plateau in gains.

Same goes for the third, forth, fifth, nth cycles.

DON'T DEPEND ON THE JUICE TO MAKE GAINS!!!

I do not necessarily agree with this. blood work is the only real measure and we are all different. I further think b/c it was primo and anavar he does not need as much time off. Especially if you are running primo again.

BTW: are you rich to have primo and var all the time!!!!! :p

More of a rule of thumb since I don't think most people get blood work done. Also, primo, although safer for the most part, can have associated sides running @ high(er) doses. As for Var, again, it was designed for children and women but I don't think the doses that BB'er take are clinical - never heard of a woman taking 40-60 mg of Var a day. With that said, I maintain that downtime should equal uptime at the very least. However, I do agree that blood work is the only way are truly knowing if you're body is recovered.

Where have you been all my life? We need more thinkers like you here. :)

guys arrange a checkup and get your bloodwork done towards the end of a cycle and/or before one cycle starts following the end of a previous cycle. you might be unhappily surprised at your BP, cholesterol, and liver enzyme results. better off knowing where you are than not.

your body needs time to recover. some juicers so callously state they are always "on". you may think you are superhuman while on the juice but in fact you are only human.
