How long do you, personally, work out (in forms of hours) and how many days per week?

It all comes down to time. But on average:

4 - 5 Days per week
1 - 1.5 Hrs per workout

I try to split muscle groups, but if I'm really busy then I'll do an overall-body workout.

I'm in the gym 5-6 days a week... with the following down

cardio 5 days a week for 1 hour, stretching 30 min
weights 5 days a week for 1.5 hours

(cardio is done in the morning, weights in the pm, no cardio on day after leg day, occasionally cardio is done by itself on one day)

total of 15 hours a week... seems like sooo much more (some weeks it is)

i guess i don't really track it based on hours, as long as i get it all done, i'm happy
 
:p I workout 5 days a week, usually hit one or two bodyparts a workout. My workouts last 1 3/4 hours but that includes daily stomach work and daily aerobics of 15 minutes.
