how hard is it for you guys to go the gym and not lift?

on cardio days i still lift, just not heavy, Ill do circuits at a moderate weight, it still gets you to work your muscles, but gives you a good cardio work out. on some days ill do a run with body armor on so i get used to running with a heavier weight. It all depends on whare you are in your goals.
 
I'm taking the serge nubret approach to cardio when i need to cut. Super high intensity high reps sets with little to no weight.
 
i had rotator cuff sugery 10wks ago and i would go do a little cardio and was killing me. i finally started back last week going real light.
 
I avoid cardio like the plauge, I am already pretty lean, but I have mad respect for the guys that tough it out and do cardio on a regular basis.

I don't avoid cardio, I just blatantly don't do it because it's more mind numbingly boring than watching a car rust and I hate it. But yeah, to all you dudes and dudettes who do it regularly, props to ya.
