How does my diet look?

My goals is to burn some bodyfat. My stats are 5'11 197 %13-15 bodyfat and I want to get more cut and lose more of the gut.

Here is my current diet.

Meal 1. 6:30 am - 4 eggs, 1 whole egg, onions, green peppers mayber oatmeal(1 bowl)

Meal 2. 10:30 am - 1 can of tuna, 1 bowl oatmeal (1 teaspoon peanut butter)

Meal 3. 2:00 pm - grilled chicken (2 pieces) beans or kidney beans (56% fiber) dipped in olive oil and light salt.

Meal 4. 6:00 pm - 1 can of tuna friend in olive oil, onions, peppers and a little ot sauce.

Meal 5. 9:00 pm - (post workout) Green veggies, 2 egg whites, 1 grillen chicken breast.

Meal 6. 11.00pm - whey, teaspoon of olive oil.

I drink strictly water and a couple diet cokes. No rices, potatoes or anything of that nature.

my suggestions are...

Meal 4. 6:00 pm - 1 can of tuna NO OIL, onions, peppers and a little ot sauce. + 1 CUP BROWN RICE

Meal 5. 9:00 pm - (post workout) Green veggies, 2 egg whites, 1 grillen chicken breast.1 CUP BROWN RICE - DITCH THE EGGS INSTEAD HAVE 6 EGG WHITES OR MORE CHICKEN

Meal 6. 11.00pm - whey, teaspoon of olive oil. HAVE COTTAGE CHEESE AND FLAX OR TUNA AND FLAX HERE

DROP SOME OF THE OLIVE OIL....
