how does everyone eat their peanut butter?

Yep, I tried Obi's suggestion with using it as a sauce & with chicken & veggies & soy sauce = YUM!!

I also just eat it off a spoon as "dessert" or throw a spoonful into a protein shake.

From the kid files, PB on celery sticks is also good....
 
I just throw a couple fat spoonfuls in my morning and post-workout shakes. Optimum chocolate protein powder blended w/ milk, ANPB and a little flax oil seems to do the trick for me.

I've also heard peanut butter goes well with jelly.... :)

Bro.....not a flame, but Ive seen alot of your recent posts and you are doing some things and reccommending advice on concepts you have yet to grasp......knock of the fats in your pw shake..........last thing you want at that time as it slows digestion...... ;)

Really... I've heard conflicting opinions on this.

Would it be better to eat the anpb and flax right before bed, and just mix my post w/o protein with water or nonfat milk?

I am bulking, btw.

How do YOU eat it? Like they used to back in the stone ages, through your mouth? Everyone knows that it gets absorbed better my way. get with the times bro.
 
i like to put it in my mouth and chew it up...then i swallow it...settles in my stomach for a while before it goes to my intestines then i shit it out. :D

Right out of the jar usually. Never tried in a protein shake because I don't have a blender and I don't think it'd mix well.

Whoever it was, SF I believe, that's taking fats with their post-workout meal - STOP! Good idea to have them before bed though. Some still say it's better to have no carbs or fats before bed so you don't put on any extra weight, or unwanted fat, but it won't kill you.
