How do some BB's look lean and massive yet dont eat/train properley?

This never ceases to amaze me....I know bb's who NEVER eat every 3 hours, party every weekend, train like they are half asleep and they ALWAYS look big and full.....how come? Thing is their diets are no better than mine ( in some cases worse) yet they never seem to lose weight....If i miss one meal I will lose weight, in fact If i get flue and cant train I will lose weight after a week, and after two weeks people will say comment on how smaller I look!!! ( I was always skinny and weak as a kid years ago though).

Not so, chemicals are last in the list of what makes you look like that. Genetics is number one, then diet, training, and aas. If your a skinny 25yo, that eats 1500cals a day, and trains half-assed 2 days a week, you can take every chemical under the sun, and all your going to do is waste your money, and probably mess up your health.
 
I can relate to this thread. It sucks when you bust your ass day after day and then you see someone who half asses everything and they look just as good as you do. Damn genetics.

Sorry thats BS, I know a couple of pencil necks who trained like crazy with no results - now they run tons of gear and weigh 240lbs+, train half as hard as they used to when they weighed 180.
 
Ok, maybe not BS, too strong a response, but AAS can definately overcome bad genetics if run high enough long enough.
 
They train harder when you aren't around. And they make heavy lifts look simple and don't get out of breath and sweaty because they are focused and just do compound lifts in the gym....then they go home and get crazy with dumbells and a bowflex! Or they just do a shitload of gear and have great genetics!
The truth is if you bust your ass when you are in your formative years (before 30,,,ideally before 26) and do some quality cycles between the ages of 25-30 then you can look damn good with reasonable work and mild cycles every now and then.

I wouldnt exactly call 180# pencil necks... but thats just me... i started lifting while i was in the marines, at about 120lbs... its taken me 10 years, and a few cycles to make it up to 185... i thought i was buff ;)
AAS can def help with bad genetics, i'm proof of that myself.. but its not a cure all... wish it was.. i would be like 220 right now :verygood:

but that still is genetics... its how well your receptor work...
...you can have shit for natural genetics... but great receptors... or you can have shit for natural genetics and shit for receptors and then you are fucked...
 
genetic response to AAS isn't always related to somatype, its entirely possible to be a skinny nothing before juice and explode when you run a cycle (see paul dillett).

pick a different mom and dad next time around, you'll be set
 
yup gotta love genetics. i am 44 and can stay pretty hard and lean and eat everything under the sun. on the other side of the coin getting and staying bigger a challenge for me. THATS why god invented juice. :evil:
 
I hate my genetics. My chest is very weak. And I have a hard time dropping BF. I can eat totally shitty and be at like 205. I eat super clean and get down to 195 and barely look any better. I am at least 2X as strong as this younger kid I know who is pretty jacked for workin out 3X at week. I work out 5 days a week and diet hard and still wont be as lean as him. Fuckin pisses me off.
 
You can get there. Just diet really clean and hard for a long time. Just takes time. I have a hard time losing BF as well, but I throw on muscle. I can get to where I want to be BF wise, but it just takes longer than others. Hard work and dedication can get you anything you want

I know. Easier said then done. I am happy wiht my progress and cycle. Im a short stocky build, I would look good real lean. I like just being real thick with a nice V taper.

Yes, That is what it is. I train light and fast now almost always and I am 225# now at ohhhhh 6.5%. I eat like shit a lot but I always get 15 scoops of protein a day and 1.5-2# of meat. I think in my case its old muscle. Seems to wanna stay around now.

I have the same build and have to eat VERY strict for a VERY long time to get lean. I am thick right now but with too much BF. I hate it, but I was also injured for a long time so that was part of it. I ate like crap. My genetics hiot me in my calves. I swear, newborm premies have larger calves than I do. I HATE IT.
 
I have a friend who was a room mate for a while, this fucker looked like the hydroxycut guy at the time & he would eat PB&J and hot dogs daily and still to this day only needs to run between 250-400mg of test & test only to look like that. It used to make me sick! I'm just jealous, that's all! lol

your traps look good though
 
I have a friend i used to train with that looked pretty big but couldnt even bench with 45s on each side, might be something with muscle density and/or fast and slow twitch muscle fibers
