This never ceases to amaze me....I know bb's who NEVER eat every 3 hours, party every weekend, train like they are half asleep and they ALWAYS look big and full.....how come? Thing is their diets are no better than mine ( in some cases worse) yet they never seem to lose weight....If i miss one meal I will lose weight, in fact If i get flue and cant train I will lose weight after a week, and after two weeks people will say comment on how smaller I look!!! ( I was always skinny and weak as a kid years ago though).
