damm , I am 21 and I have gained and lost bodyfat twice ( I am losing for the third time now ) , so my skin is kinda loose around tmy waist ....

I was wondering how pro bodybuilders deal with this , since they gain tons of fat in the off season then lose all the fat for the competition day , and they do this year after year ....and then ,they just appear with a TIGHT skin like they never gained 1 lb of fat .....wasup with that ????

the only answer I can find to this is that they gain so much muscle that it helps with the loose skin ?? is that it ??

Plus you gotta understand that they are pro BB's and how many actually make it to pro status. THey are the elite of BB so THey probably don't have to worry about it because it doesn't happen to them

What kind of fuckin' logic is that? lol

If you lose weight too fast you run the risk of having the loose skin effect that you are describing. I've heard that their is nothing that you can about it if it's too excessive. You can only get it cut off and then re-stitched. That will leave a scar. Lipo won't do shit for you. Lipo removes fat cells. In your case the fat cells are so small that they don't need to be removed. You just have to take care of the flabby skin. The only thing I can think of that might help, is one of those body things that they give you after you have lipo. It's basically a garter that you wear so that it keeps the skin from getting flabby and loose. I would call a good cosmetic surgeon and ask them. But they will probably tell you that you need to get it cut. They wanna make money.

I think I have the answer- Loose skin differs from person to person. Two people can have the same starting bodyweight, gain 50 lbs., lose it, and one can appear to have more loose skin than the other. The solution- surgery. Lipo sucks out the fat- it doesn't tighten skin. There is cosmetic surgery that makes an incision, pulls the skin back, and stitches it (much like a facelift). There are also many "skin tightening" products that claim to do the same thing (don't know about them, though). Hope I helped.

I've got some loose skin from my gyno operation. My surgeon said that over several years it will shrink a bit. He said they could remove it surgically but since I don't have a lot of excess skin he said the scars would look worse than the loose skin.

Dude go on a clean bulking cycle and try to gain as much lean mass as you can. Tha bigger you get, the smaller your skin looseness will look, and probably even disapear.

Bulking cycle for about 3 months
cutting cycle for a month
Bulking cycle for 3 months
cuttin cycle for a month
Bulking cycle for 3 months
cuttin cycle for a month

Eat clean. Don't diet down too drastically. Try yohimbine during the cutting cycles if you are pretty lean.

Basically: Grow.
