How do I get rid of fruit flys?

Ever since I moved into my apartment almost 3 months ago, I have been annoyed by these pests. I don't leave fruit out. Don't leave dirty dishes in the sink. Take out my trash(which is covered) almost daily and yet these little bastards wont go away. WTF do I need to do? They seem to be near the kitchen sink and one of the bathrooms. Is there some kind of trap or fly paper I can use for fruit flys specifically?

Do you have a garbage disposal? They can come from there if all the gunk isn't completely gone -- stuff can get "stuck" there....pour bleach down the drains....

I've got them too thanks to a cookout where everyone was in/out all night.

Solution: Get rid of all food, water, trash laying around and keep it that way.

Set of the Raid bombs. (come in three pack, use one per day)

Get some flea/bug spray and spray any left after you set the bombs off.

get fruit fly traps. you can buy them online.

wash your counters thoroughly, dont leave food laying around. i would definately NOT use the raid bombs, unless you enjoy inhaling pesticides
