How do i bring up lagging body parts while cycling?

I train each body part once a week. Low volume approach. 6 sets for arms, 4 sets for traps. I don't know how much is over training while cycling yet as right now I'm about 5 weeks in to a sus/deca cycle (2nd cycle). What techniques do you guys use? How often and how much? I want to bring up my traps and arms in a bad way. thanks.
 
Site injections with Fina and Omna helped bring up my lagging Bi's which are not anything special now but they are a hell of a lot better then they were before. Site injections were a god send for me

site injections will help. just hit'em hard and heavy. i train arms on a day by themselves. i super set tris and bis. warm them up real good to start with. then i do 4 working sets of heavy cheat curls and lying tricep extentions.i do my curl, then my partner does his.then i do my tricep extention,etc...reps are from 5-10. then i go to dumbell curls and pressdowns. done in the same superset fashion. reps on these are from 10-15, for 3 sets. thats all. i go 100%, balls to the wall. the pump is outragious. give it a shot, i've done the same arm routine for years, just keep increasing the weight, my arms get better year after year. just go heavy. hope this helps bro, give it a shot, you want be sorry. peace
 
Recently I was turned on to training arms twice a week. Before you say its over training look at the style:
Day 1 chest and bis
Bi work out is an all out heavy asault of 3 to 4 exercise with 3 sets each then you hit tris in a light fasion, two exercises 3 sets each of 15 squeezing reps.
Now I have day 2 off day3 is back day 4 off and day 5 is Shoulders and Tris
Tris workout is all out and followed by bis and again 2 exercises 3 sets each for 15 reps and moderate and sqeezing.

I have noticed gains quick and so did my girl and she is a top competitor and NPC judge so she knows what she is looking for. My partner who showed me this says he put on an inch in less then a year. Give it a shot. Plus since you are "on" right now your body can take much more load. When you come off lower the frequency and intensity of training and keep protein high this way you dont over train yourself.

Also I agree with Mustang, as usual, site injections do help
 
hey parabolan do you site inject both delts or just one, the reason im asking is i just site inject eq on my right delt and its alot bigger im thinking og splitting into both
 
Rest.

I think it has to do with more rest. Whenever i concentrate more on a muscle and then give it enough time to recuperate, and hit it again, its like i can see it growing week by week. So make sure your work out is giving that muscle enough time to get itself back to 100%. For example, don't do chest one day and follow that with shoulders. What i usually do is if my chest is lagging behind i hit legs after that day and make that next day after legs a day off, so with 2 days off my chest it will have time to rest and grow. Just my personal experience for what its worth.

Of course you need to split it up.
 
Change up your routine and find one that works. Site injections are not the only way to make a muscle grow. Try training it different. Dont depend on drugs to make you look good, all they do is help break through some sticking points.
