How did you start out?

I started when i was 18, got a box of dirt cheap cyp from a friend and stayed on for about a year, just trying different gear. Knew nothing about it, just injected whatever i could get my hands on. Went from 80kg to 115kg in 2years. Ate tuna and pasta all day long and some cheap crappy protein. Fucked myself up on it and then starting doing some research. How things have changed....
 
I can't imaging how a "box of dirt cheap test" would give you any problems....

I get angry when i see guys giving advice to people just starting out, telling them to take three compounds and high dosages. People always tend to forget where people are in there lives, what they expect from it and the resources they have. I remember taking my first shot and thinking this is it, i am going to be a monster in 2months. Learnt the hard way.....Its about educating yourself first and then listening to your body1

i promise you my friend i am not lying to you . i am not some lame person who makes up false stats on the internet to make myself feel better . i am 19 years old now and i bench 400 . i started training in the 7th grade for god's sakes.
 
what kind of gains did you get from that?

I saw a 15lb gain in weight, increased muscle mass and strength. For being my first cycle I really got a lot from it. The most important thing I did was research and ask educated questions on things I didn't fully understand. I really enjoyed that cycle. After about wk 5 or 6 your ego just takes off and you feel great.

That's about the same cycle I plan on running. Though I may run it out to 12 weeks.

Did you pin weekley? or more often? What did you do for PCT?

I only did a 10wk cus thats what I had..I pinned 250mgs on Mon and Thurs. I started my HCG at wk 4 and ran it through my PCT and added nolva during PCT. Its very important to keep your calories up and your workout just as intense as when you were on.
 
I was 19 and bought 100 Russian Dbols and gained 16lbs. Went up to a huge 188lbs.lol If I could do it again I would have bought 300 tabs and 20 sustanon redijects.lol
 
I started lifting on a weight pile on a yard...
I started juicing this year, and have never felt better in my life.
 
Started last year at 32. Did a month of research and ran a lovely 3 week superdrol cycle. Felt like shit, gained 10bs, lost all of it because i didn't know what i was doing. Then did a few more months of research and ran 12 weeks 500 mg test with a little var at the end. Better training/diet = much better results.

Damn dude, just checked out your pics. How old are you now? Did you start training at 19 or had you been lifting before then?
