How Can This Be?

I'm learning this food intake thing right now for myself. I always have the SAME person measure me...they tend to grab the same spot each time.
 
Micro - Knowing your bf% is helpful, but if you don't have the same reliable person doing it all the time it can mess with your head :) Try keeping track of your measurements as well - you can do this yourself, well, for some places. So then, if eg your waist gets smaller and your weight stays the same, you know you lost a bit of fat and gained a bit of muscle.
