How bout throwin ol' Freak Show a bone and give him your favorite chest routine?

Sorry guys, here it is: I'm just cutting and pasting:
Pyramid bbell bench:
8 rep warm up
6 reps at 70%
5 reps at 80%
3 reps at 90%
* I may take all 4 sets to failure, we'll see.

2 sets heavy incline BB, 6 reps each.

3 sets weighted dips, 6-7 rep sets, last rep to absolute failure (done with spotter).

2-3 sets pec dec flyes with BIGMAG's burnout after the final set.

I can't believe this karma thing is fucked up. You all should have gotten it by now. Not that you guys care that much, but I'll try and figure this out and hook you all up. Thanks again! Belial- check your pm.

Bigmag, I'm liking that burnout idea too. Sounds like it might be killer to try this saturday.

it is bro...I also like to do it for tri's and calves, so you might wanna try those out to. freakshow......I did get my karma.....thanks man!!!
 
get some declines in there... heavy declines, heavy flat... medium weight on inclines.. using these three, i've found some nice chest separation... and i'm a gurl! : )
