thanks for input..I Guess since most of the guys I hang out with don't workout or go the gym, when they' call me no neck, it starts to stick...I seriously just developed my neck when I started hittng 85lb dumbells for military press and shrugs with the one leg squat machine racking on up to 5 plates on each side..now its to the point that I feel i need to stop traps all together (at least the front from shrugs) and concentrate on rear delts and overall shoulder to get a better balance. I never thought the day would come where I would look in the mirror and say, damn my traps are too big.
