It's all in your mind. We have all put outselves in this sick, warped world where unless you are built like Dennis James or Jay Cutler, you are small. It's gotten to the point where you see people talking about how Arnold wasn't big enough. It's really sick if you think about it. At 6'4 and over 240lbs you ARE big. Steve Reeves was 6'1 and 215-220 on stage, and 200 when he was in the Hercules films. He was considered to be BIG, but if he were alive today and posted his pics on here, people would tell him he needs to add mass.
If you keep looking at things the way you do, you will never be happy with any progress you make, little or big. It will never be enough for you. I know this because it's a problem I'm dealing with, as are a lot of other guys (and some girls) on here.
Are you big enough? Maybe remove the enough part of the question, and just ask if you are big. The answer to that is yes. Be happy with all levels of your physique and all progress that you make. There is more to life than being 310lbs at 4% bodyfat.
