how big is big enough?

6'3" tall, 237 lbs around 8% to 8.5% right now. I feel small and fat. I am totally clean.
My current goal is to move up to 240 to 245 at below 10%. If I can do that and sustain it I may cycle again if I feel okay about it. I wouldn't mind being 260 ripped!

6 foot and 240 and I am not even close to happy with the size. My wife is complaining that she can't get her legs around me anymore and to stop.

Tommy2Tone nailed it. BB's have a reverse anerexia where they view themselves as smaller than they are. Like all my friends think I am giant, but I don't see any difference from when I weighed 190! I am a sick phucker.

I feel small event though i am not,so i go out to the mall or store and walk around then you realize that your not as small as you think you are..The mirror your enemy dont look at it! Its all in your head fight the evil

being content means being complacent, being complacent is no good. dont lose the drive to improve no matter how you may derive it.

It's based on perception. Everyone's is different.

What I meant: When we die, it's not going to matter what the fuck we look like... huge, small, fat, skinny... doesn't matter. It's what we did to get to the point where we want to be. It's about the PROCESS... what have we gained and or have possibly helped along the way to self improvement. Be it in body... or mind. One may be competley content (HAPPY) and still strive for self improvment.

I agree "X_con" "dont lose the drive to improve." What I'm saying here is that you can be content while striving for self improvement.

well Im 6'4" and 240lbs. Arm are 17and1/2 and legs 27" but at this height its just not that big. In long sleeve shirts and baggy pants i feel small. A friend of mine is 5'8" with 17" arms and they look alot bigger. I feel ill have to get up to about 275 to look [huge]. You think man 240 is alot but the height it needs to be heavier to compensate for the length.

well put. I swear us (6 plus footers) have a harder time putting on mass ;) seriously though, leaverage and calories don't come easily .... lol, that should stir up some opinions.

I am way bigger now than this time last year. I agree, I don't feel big enough. I keep getting too big for all my dress clothes and that shit gets expensive!

I won't stop until I can eat a taxi and scale the Empire State Building!

I'm at 5'10 around 170-175 lbs and I look alot smaller than guys who are 6' something and around the same weight as me.

I have the same problem as far as looking in the mirror and seeing the same sized kid no matter what.

Hey Bro:

Don't be so sure that age will stop you. I'm 49, have been lifting for 5 years. Started at 5'-10" 188 lb, 27% BF. Currently 224 lb. @ 14%. Would love to get up to around 240. Methinks you've got way more than 10 yrs. left. Good luck Bro!!

Im 6 foot and been up to 255 lbs when bulking and still felt small. I am always striving to grow, and do not think it will ever be enough. The only thing that is going to stop me is the process of aging. I figure I may have another good 10 years left in me, Im 36 now.

I hope that I can continue to make gains longer than another 10 years, but since ive been bodybuilding now for 20 years I figure I have lots less room to improve. I really cant make any gains now when off gear, its just a matter of maintaining what I have. I think eventually, with age, its going to come to that.
