I don't wanna measure mine but they won't fucken grow ethier. I go by mirror ;P lol everything else grows like im taking miracle grow for my muscles except my arms.

19.5 on cycle 235lbs 5'11"ish. 4 days off cycle 18.75" Actually they average out to about 19.25. Right one is a bit bigger than the left. Goal is 20's by 30yrs old. I got 1.5 years to do it. Been a 5 year plan. lol
