Well good for you, but we’ll never see eye to eye on this. I’m a business owner and I hire people from all walks of life. I have an open door policy and my employees all call me by my first name. I do not put myself in an ivory tower. Anyone who comes to work is making an honest living and I respect that just the same. Sure many do not speak the kings english, but they’re good honest hard working people.

In one post you state that the common laborer is “beneath you” and in the next you are having beers and barbeque with them.
