Horrible nightmares/problems sleeping?

Get a dream catcher! Only dreams I have now are the wet type... joke.
But honestly I haven't had a bad dream since I got a dream catcher. (Que the onslaught of childish jokes)

I actually have one in my room.. Girlfriend made me one :S haha. Maybe I'll wear it around my neck haha

Sounds like anxiety. Eliminate stimulants from your diet (or drop them to a low dosage, at least) and make sure you're not taking vitamin C before you go to bed. Also, some sleep aids actually cause people to have vivid dreams (Valerian, benzodiazapenes, and anti-histamines all do this to me). Another possibility is high cortisol or norepinephrine, I would think. Are you running enough AI?
I did a cycle with no estrogen control and I about went crazy. I was also on opiates, so pair that up with withdrawal and you get auditory hallucinations. I used to lay in bed wide-eyed, shaking for hours from that shit. Just my two cents, hope you get better

Cheers for the input, not running an ai, was using a bit of nolva as that's all I can easily get here, so maybe it could do with that. Just waiting for some ai :) thanks
