HOLY SHIT! Shot out blood after I removed the needle

Well, I'm glad to read it's just a common thing and not something to worry about. I'm suprised that it's never happened to me before, though. I've been doing cycles since 2002. What are the odds that I'd go five years without anything?

As long as you feel ok then it is probably fine. I would avoid that site for a while just to be safe. If it happens again, apply pressure to the area until bleeding stops. Bandage up to prevent any infection going that deep.

Always inject in the bathroom where you have tiles that are easily cleaned. You don't want a line of blood over a nice pale carpet.

Today was shot day. I went into my quad, aspirated, then injected. After I withdrew the needle, blood squirted out of my leg like a fountain... not just flowed rapidly, but squirted. I've never had that happen before. From what I understand, if blood flows out of a wound, the blood is comming from a vein. However, if the blood squirts out of the wound, the blood is comming from an artery. The needle was only 1.5 inches, so I wouldn't figure I'd experience something like what I describe. Well, that was about 10 hours ago. I went to work and didn't feel strange, nor did I experience any pain in my leg or elsewhere. There didn't appear to be any discoloration, either. You guys have any thoughts on this? Help would be MUCH appreciated.

Don't inject into the femoral artery ! j/k.

It happens to us all. My wife walked in on me mopping blood up off the floor and threw up.

My bad. I said the needle was 1.5". It's actually 1". Sorry about that.

happened to me too, quad shot,just got done working legs, aspirated going good, nice 30 second injection, pull It out, and Iswear to god I got blood on the bathroom ceiling,lol I was spinning circles ,trying to find somthing to put over it, It looked like a murder took place, I thought It was funny as hell, The only bitch was cleaning up the mess before my wife got home, You will be fine.
