I pretty much hate cardio... im at the end of my 6th week of the 5x5 program and every time i get out of the gym i literally NEED the off days just to survive... let alone go back to the gym and do cardio...
My question is this... will HIIF (High Intensity Interval Fucking) be a reasonable amount of cardio? I figure the way my girlfriend and I do it... I have to burn a MINIMUM of 500 calories in the span of 30 or so minutes... If I do that twice or three times a week, whaddya think?
