I used to have high blood pressure. I found out after getting crippling pains in the base of my skull during high intesity workouts. My BP levels dropped right down to much better #s after 30 days of atkins.
Now that I'm off the atkins but I've been working out my BP has gone up a little bit over what it was on the atkins but It's within acceptable limits.
