I've been reading this board for about a month now and getting ideas on what to eat and how to excercise but I'm limited to these things because I have a high blood pressure. My physician told me not to lift weights because the blood pressure will rise even more in danger levels. How do I go about eating and working out without putting myself at health risk? I've bought glutamine, fat burners without caffiene, protein, and vitamins. Am I only limited to cardio/running excercises? Currently I'm 6'2" 250 and would like to be 200 by this time next year.
