been trying to get more carbs in the diet to put on a little more mass....i have been eating like 7 times a day taking 400 grams of protein. Im 6 2 255 14% bodyfat. I just finished up my last shot of sust 2 weeks ago and have a week of winny left. Any good ideas for high carbs.....possibly with low to moderate glycemic indexes....i need to bring this with me on the go......i am running between classes, practice, and work ED. thanks bros
