Question for MOD
You are splitting your shots in the am and after workout.
I am doing 3 IUs right before bed. I know that your body produces its on G in the night. But the reason I do it then is because I have read that carbs cut the half-life of the GH - So I do it on an empty stomach.
Could you explain your reasoning. I used to do it the same as you.
I may need to switch. But I seem to be getting good results
