Welcome to the forum!

Hi everybody! I've actually been reading your site for the past few months and finally decided to get on and join...just to let you know, I've learned so much it's unreal! Thanks for all the info...I have much to ask.....

Welcome!

This is simply not true:

I would say that many steriods (AAS) can cause secondary male characteristics to manifest themselves in women. These can lead to permantent changes such as deeping of your voice and increased body hair to mention just a few.

There are AAS that are suitable for females . Anavar is one that comes to mind.

Again, welcome!

well, actually, I need some advice....I waited until late in life (30) to get fit and have been working out for around 6 years. Tough being consistent since I am "supermom" afterall....
I have (had) a pear shaped body...no matter how hard I worked out or how much I cleaned up my diet I couldn't lose the "spare tire" so last year I actually "cheated" and had lipo and tummy tuck. Best decision I ever made....no regrets. However, I now want more muscle definition and am having a hard time....Help!

Post up your diet, routine, and current stats, and we'll see if we can find what's holding you back.

I'm not looking for an "easy" way out...I'm willing to work harder than I am but I am curious as to what Primobolan Depot does for a woman....

Ok...stats....I'm 36, 5'4, 123 lbs bmi is 21% not sure about body fat I'm pretty thin but do have "fat pockets" in my back...yuck!! I think that's because of the surgery...the fat has now "relocated" itself
I've been doing Atkins for past month...love it! Has really helped with the body fat reduction. My workouts vary...I do upperbody twice a week and same with lowerbody. I alternate between cardio and running. I've also added in pilates in the evening which is helping with my flexibility. I usually only work out about an hour a day....5 days a week.

supermom, try the diet, training and women's forum. If you are lifting regularly adkins should not be your low carb diet of choice, try a CKD (diet forum is the place for this info). Ok, when someone plataus and we ask for info we need to know WHAT (not just amounts of food at each meal, but fat, protien, carb breakdown as well as calories), and by routine, we mean WHAT do you do each day (lifts, sets, reps, rest times, training style etc) at the gym. Of course, the anabolic forum is not the the best place to talk about that, your thread will get moved to another forum by a mod.

Hello

Nice metting you

My wife was bugging me about trying as I told her sh needs to do her own research, advice that warlobo gives to all guys wanting to help wifes and girlfriends. So karma for you getting in and starting your seaches. Check out some or the previous posts form warlobo.....He's knows effect on woman !!

The only other thing I can tell ya is after my wife hit sticking point afetr loosing about 65lbs over a few years and was lifting and eating right she tried a low dose of anavar (5mg/day) For her it did what she wanted, she Hardeded up, added some definition, a little lean muscile wieght and added confindence in the lifting part of her fitness program.

It did not burn fat !! when she stopen and kept a clean diet she leaned out a little more.

some people will tell ya an hour a day of cardio..everyone has their own Ideas, Not sure it you really can get what you need in a hald hour per day. A lot of that had to do with the intencity at witch your workout is done.

ps my wife is 40

That's not cheating. There are two ways to "get fat." The first involves youre fat cells filling up with fat. The second involves the creation of new clls. After you accumulate a certain amount of fat, your body starts creating new fat cell - permanant fat cells. At this time, the most practical way to rid your body of these extra fat cells is liposuction.

As for your journey towards super-fit, let me just say that I highly encorage you to:

* Learn all you can about fitness and exercise.

* Make a comitment to be consistant in your training and diet.

* Track your progress in the gym in relation to your workout routines.

* Cross reference your performance and adaptation with your diet.

* Stay away from all drugs untill you can look in the mirror and say "WOW! I am in amazing shape!" It will be then when you will be best able to take advantage of them.

Be careful when you start looking into the drugs. They are often faked. Primo is notorious for being faked - OFTEN WITH TESTOSTERONE!! which is the last think you want to mistakenly inject.

Good luck. If you'd like any specific help, feel free to PM me as well as post any questions.

But if a woman were to use them at least they can learn to use them as saftly as possible with as few side effects as possible. And welcome Supermom!

Silent method, true you never lose fat cells, the just "deflate". The only way to actually lose fat cells is to have them removed. Good luck supermom, you might want to look into some clen/yohimburn as well as getting a really tight diet and training routine.

Thanks for all the advice guys! Yeah, I have a long way to go but I have the drive!!! What is Yohimburn? Good fatburners? Also, what do you guys think about interval training? Yeah, that Monday night game was awesome! Go Cowboys!!!

This is really some great advice. My wife started traing at 30 after having two children, she was skinny fat at the time weighing 110 and wearing size six pants. She went on a high protien diet and trained very hard a little over a year later she entered her first bb comp and did well. Her weight now goes between 120 to 130 and she wares a size two pant now.

As silent method said primo is often faked but still available. Anavar is a remarkable drug, in my opinion the best for females.
Take your time eat well and workout hard and do a lot of research then I would think that a little var cannot hurt. But please cover the basics first, and by all means take some pics so you can gauge your transformation.

The best of luck to you.

Also - get your bloodwork done. If you are having significant fat retention problems that are chronically diet & cardio resistant, you may have low testosterone levels. This is VERY common in women in their 30s & older that have had kids. Also consider other symptoms: lack of energy, depression, low sex drive etc. I only mention it because my wife had it. HRT has changed her life (and mine too :D )

Yeah, that's an idea...I'm due for a check up but you're right..even working out I still have to push myself due to lack of energy...what is HRT?

Welcome! Congrats on your transformation thus far and good luck reaching your ultimate goal. Hard work and dedication and DISCIPLINE are your tools. Use them.

GOOD to see Cowboy fans on here. I'm in Michigan now, but I grew up in TX. Lived in Dallas for 4 years. GO COWBOYS. Parcels hopefully will continue the Jimmy Johnson legacy (last time the Cowboys were really respected). And I HATE Barry Switzer and Jerry Jones.

Its interesting that you say that Radar. Because right now I'm working with a MD to see if I can get HRT. He told me that he's actually places more women on HRT (low dose test than men) and that it does wonders for them. He also said that so many men are unwilling to admitt that they could use a little boost.:)
