HGH @ 12UI x day...

yep...i got some good solid gains from it but prior to going on it i was off the gear for about 7 years and was really out of shape...so i was quite pleased with the quick change in my body...a far cry from the way ironmaster looks but he has been on longer and trains his ass off....i hope to get back into it and see what this next cycle will bring....gh,,,prop...and winnny
 
yes along with 100 mg of prop eod...finished off with some winny in the last 6 weeks....not a big cycle but plenty for me
 
I read the that the most natural GH produced is during the first 2 hours of sleep, this my be why you graph is the way it is (most sleep from 11pm onwards) but if you worked at night and slept during the day, it would be different?
 
Thanks for your help everybody...still I don't understand why many of you think that bumping the test. doses from 500mg/week to 1000mg or even 2000mg is not big harm, while bumping HGH from 6UI to 12UI x day is not only a waste of money but is also harmful for healt...same claims (as Anabolic Rewiew) that for mass gains around 60UI x week is needed...specially if we are talkin about a guy below 30s as me (I'm 26). I'm sure that Ironmaster can get good results with 4-8UI x day, but this is, I guess, mostly due his age.

This is not bullshit. 12 iu's a day is a waste of money. The gains from gh a maximized more by the length of time on gh then the amount a day you take. 4-6iu's a day is a good dose but needs to be taken for a long period of time. I have gotten very good results with 2.6ius on training days(5X a week)over a period of a year. In that year I gained 15 pounds of muscle and I know it was 15 pounds of muscle(not fat) because I competed 15 pounds heavier, and no softer, at the same contest the following year(Jr. Usa). The most I had put on in a year without the gh was about 8 pounds.
I think 12 iu's a day would work, all I am saying is that you could get the same results with less then half that. I would suggest that you do 2 iu's twice or three times a day but extend the time you are on the gh.

Personally I also think that 2000mgs of test a week is a waste of money as someone could get as good gains with half of that. Steroids are more effective when ones diet is in order. With the right amount of the right foods you will get better gains at lower doses.
When I give my opinions I am not speaking in scientific terms. I am telling you what I have experienced as I have been bodybuilding competitively for 8 years. I also know several bodybuilders and a few pros. Either I myself or a friend has probably tried every drug in every dose and combination. I have found that what you read is not always the truth. Like you need 12iu's a day to grow. I mean who wrote this anabolic review anyway, probably not a bodybuilder. You do not need 60iu's of gh a week to grow, that is a bunch of shit.
