HGH @ 12UI x day...

pgerardone...thanks for your help...nobody about those topics can really give 'scientific' preaches...and I do also think that Anabolic Rewiev is full of shit. But I'm still trying to understand what can be an 'optimal' hgh dose for best mass gains, without of course too many sides. I think that most of the people prefer to stay on 4/6UI x day due the high cost of HGH...I'm also pretty sure that if growth will cost 100bucks for a 126UI kits, a lot of guys here will bump their doses to 12UI or more...without much concern about sides..... terapeutic doses of test is beetween 50mg to 100mg every week...still many takes at least 10 or 20 times those doses...the terapeutic doses for HGH in HIV patient is 18UI x day...I don't want to say that we should all take at least 18UI x day...I'm just try to understand....
 
Let me try this one more time, Cybex......GH alone does NOT cause increased muscle mass. Weight gains associated with GH alone are primarily connective tissue, fluid retention, and growth of internal organs. So increasing the GH dose without changing the rest of the stack will only result in an increase in leanness...which is a good thing if that is your primary goal. I often increase my dose to 9 or even 12 iu in the last month of a 12 week cycle if I am not satisfied with the look I have achieved to that point. I want that paper thin skinned, vascular, ripped look while maintaining size. But if I don't have the mass, I am going to throw in some anadrol or the like instead.
The body also employs natural defense mechanisms in the presence of abnormal amounts of extrogenous GH - the defenses that prevent normal people from developing agromeglia - so there is a point where the effects of GH supplementation are negated.
I am attaching 2 pics. The first is at the end of a 12 week GH cycle where I increased GH, cut back insulin, and tapered androgens the last 4 weeks for a more ripped look. The second is at the end of a GH cycle where I kept GH level at 4.5iu, and increased insulin and androgens for a bigger look. As you can see, it isn't the GH that caused the additional mass.

Seriously though, According to your chart there are certain times of taking gh. From what I see it is based on what time you go to bed and wake up. My question is: What are your sleeping habits like when using gh?
 
TD, I know I owe you mail.....forgive me, been busy as a one armed paperhanger. I'm working on that cycle for you, but I think you are the teacher now....still in awe of your contest pics.
The chart assumes a regular bedtime, but it is during the first 2 hours of REM sleep that the spike occurs, no matter when that might be.

#1 if you have any abnormal health issue, please refrain from any GH use. also, the higher dose makes it more likely to experience the side effects. start slow and work you way up from there. GH is nothing to take lightly and you need to listen to your body and know what you are doing. my 2cc's..

ironmaster, in laymans terms :), when is the best time IYO to take the GH shots saying that u are taking it 2x a day, obviously when u first wake up and then when?? before bed?? before the gym???

I got your point IronMaster...anyway I never plan to take HGH alone, but as a part of a complex cycle including roids, t3, slin and of course the right diet and the right training. From what it seems to be your experience bumping the doses of HGH do lead to same certain degrees of better results, but not necessary better muscle mass gains...still you can make awesome gains with 4-6UI x day along with the right cocktail of androgens.

BTW iron, you look awesome, I can't think you've the same age of my dad...
 
That's great, 2EZE2 - the magic of GH at work! That is exactly what I mean when I say it dramatically changes body composition.

Deppnade, a dose in the AM with insulin, and a dose in the late afternoon/early evening after your workout....again with insulin is the way to go. GH can cause insulin resistance, so its best to supplement exogenous insulin with the injection.

That's right, Cybex - increasing GH doses throughout the cycle leads to a different, perhaps better physique, if getting shredded is your goal.......excellent for pre-contest. And I think you are right, cost dictates dose for many. Hey, who are you? You ain't no newbie.
