Interesting guys. I think i can get down to 14-15%-ish by the end of may-first week in june. I will still stay in a calorie deficit regardless. If I start a tren or tren/mast cut at that point at 14-15% i plan on ending up at sub 10%. even if its only 9%. So I guess I would have acheived my goal at that point.
When I said 6 visible abs before I just meant outline wise. im not talking shredded.
And Columbo, yeah 3ml shots would suck ass. I did that once in a glute and I'll never do it again.
I will likely pin ED. Mast one day, Tren the next. So I'm not getting huge knots in my delts from large shots. That shit sucks. I think Im gonna go 375 on the test though, not 250.
Diet is <120g carbs now and apx 60g fat. protein never goes below 350g and is usually around 375g. Thats apx 1.87g per pound of LBM. So thats right up there.
Im eating 6 meals a day(7 if i have time). 4 of those are each 10oz of chicken(sometimes salmon here and there) so im eating 2.5lb meat ED. Then my breakfast which runs 60g+ pro and PWO shake which runs 65g pro. Then if im awake long enough ill have a RTD (no sugar, carbs, fat ect..)
I also will throw in some super plasma protein during the cut that ive had around for a while. probably 20g in my morning and pwo shake (5g per tsp)
Will drop the aromasin once I start mast p. Will be adding N2guard and probably grab some caber from Chem need. Even though last time i tried tren for 3 weeks and failed due to serious anger issues i didnt have any sleep issues.
