Here's a picture at just over 7% I took last week.

ya bro you a big dude...its funny how when we cut we feel small...to everyone else im a big guy but when i cut i swear i have muscle dysmorphia

If I can get down to a good bodyfat in the next two months I might. All depends on the next month.

Sounds good! I highly recommend it, especially if you haven't before. Don't stress, just do your best and enjoy the experience- and an experience it is! I think every bodybuilder should get on stage at least once in their life, it's something else. Especially if you actually have a great build like you do. I'm not a good competitive bodybuilder, but I still enjoy it!

thanks alot man.my wife saw your pic and said why cant you look like that. now when i am banging her to nite she probley will be thinking of you.lol, damn i hate you.good job bro.

Love the tats too. If you do not mind me asking whats the scare on the stomach all about?

Yea...The scar...It's the one thing that realy bothers me about competing. Can anything be done to make it go away on stage other than granny panty posing trunks?! Will spray tan get rid of it? Will it mute some of my tats? I would realy like it if it could. That scar goes all around me.

Wow that is serious dedication! I know that did not come easy. Good job bro!

I'm atually headed to the gym this morning to watch a competitor practice his posing. Hopefully I can pick some stuff up.

Not only should you watch, but have him give you tips as well. there is a huuuuge difference between mimicinc what he does and having someone actually turn you into place. It is much more difficult! It takes a ton of practice.
