A guy threatened to kill me multiple times last night. He is a prominent member of the community.
Long story short...
He is a dick. He was wasted. He commited assault, then battery, then threatened my life. His brother also assaulted me from behind, then his son also. I never threw a punch.
He was at the police station last night filing a report.
Luckily, I had some women who watched and heard the whole thing write down their contact information. The guy is a world class dick.
I am meeting with my attorney on Monday.
If it gets ugly I am going to press charges against the guy, his brother and his son. Then I will sue the club i work at for not protecting me and over surving him.
*They sent me home right after it happened. The guy threatened my life numerous times and they were aware of it. They did not offer to escort me to my car or anything.

Mine expired in December.
I don't carry it unless I have a legit reason.
Right now I am more worried about dealing with the police department.
This guy is going to try and use what ever pull he has to screw me over.
The owners of the bar I work at are in his pocket too.
I am sick and tired of being in this type of drama. I would love to be able to go 6 months without someone threatening to kill me.

The funny part is I didn't evern realize the guys brother jumped me. I guess he was trying to choke me out and hit me. I figured it was just one of the other guys I work with.

I have a couple of scratches. Thats it.
I may be done bouncing. This is getting to be too much. I don't like having my charecter questioned. Everyone who I work with knows I must be provoked over and over.

Usually I let this stuff go. If I find out I can ruin this guys life I will do it.

I keep wondering what would have happened if I was some 200lb guy. They would have beat the crap out of me. There were 3 of them and they were all between 240 and 260. I am 250.

If I don't take this as far as I can they could do this again in the future to someone else.

BTW. After I wrote that one line the first time I laughed too.

I dont know about NH but if you are jumped by 3 big guys, you are perfectly within your legal rights to brandish your handgun in self defense. They will run bor.

Have you ever filed a police report in regard to his behavior towards you in the past?

If not you're fucked - he has the the first police report a assume against you.

The first time it happened you should have filed a police report, the second time you should have file another police report and filed for a restraining order.
