There have been a few negative posts lately reguarding this site ans George. Personally, I think George is the man and I want to thank him for all that he has done to make this site the best Bodybuilding site on the net. Without this site I wouldn't sit in front of my computer 4 plus hours a day and my girlfriend would have nothing to complain about...Thanks George!!!

George, this is a great site with lots of good info.

And as far as the personal consulting.

I went from 220 lbs. to 245 lbs. Lost probably 3% body fat. My Bench went up to 415 lbs. for 5 reps. And before the consulting I had been working out on and off for 15 years, so I was not a beginner.

I have to agree that this is a great site. No arguements there. That is why I have been a member for 3 years. Started back in the day of E2 and BigPappaPump. There is a lot of things to learn from this site, and no matter of the "Customer Service Issue" that I have with George, I still thank him for this site.

But I have always said, it is the members that really make this site special. Again, not to take credit away from George from creating it, he did a heck of a job. Thanks for that George.

But I still want you to live up to your refund agreement!

This board is the shit and always has been....But I would like to see a different look to it,new graphics and such....
