help withmy diet

Here's my diet I'm fixing to start I would like to get you opions on it, and suggestions would be appreciated.

ALA 1500/MG EOD
B-12 DEPO EVERY 3RD DAY
2 GALLONS WATER ED

BREAKFAST:
2/egg whites
oatmeal
protien shake + 1/tb flaxoil
ginger root

SNACK:
protien bar
yogurt cup

LUNCH:
subway chicken sandwich
muti-vitiman
ginger root

SNACK:
protien bar
yogurt

POST WORKOUT:
protien/wieght gain shake

DINNER:
steak/ chicken
bake potatoe
mac&cheese
ginger root

BEFORE BED:
protien shake
 
to bulk, but stay lean...

you don't think milk is an important part of a good diet, and the bread from one sandwhich is to much??!
 
my take

is that you are taking in very little during the day and the night seems high......i'd go with more protein and "ace" as dgreen says the mac and cheese....maybe add a couple more egg whites in the am and more turkey or whatever on your sandwich.....
 
if your bulking i dont really see anything wrong with that diet, you have a good amount of carbs and protein at every meal except i would change the use of protein bars to whole food, unless they are in their for convenience. also maybe instead of one of the yogurts have some brown rice or some other good complex carb for carbs, i dont see anything wrong with chicken sub on wheat bread if u dont get any cheese on that, some ppl do but i think it is fine for bulking good quality protein and carbs in it. also for the first meal of the day why dont you drop the whey protein scoop and add more eggs, im sure price isnt a diff b/c eggs are prolly cheaper than the shake and also a better source of protein, rely on shakes postworkout. other than that it looks pretty good, just try to get in around 20 X bw in cals and a good breakdwon with carbs and pro and fat.
 
well its kinda hard to bring whole food to the office so that why I was doing the bar/yogurt.....but "ace" the mac and cheese?

I don't think you need mac and cheese.....or if you want it, eat it earlier in the day.....you're eating a ton of food in your last two meals of the day......just my opinion is all......not a flame, bro!
 
No prob bro, I want every opinion I can get, I think Ive decided to ace the mac&cheese. can someone make soem touch up on this?
 
what about?

4 egg whites and two whole eggs
oatmeal

protein bar
oatmeal

turkey/chic sandwich with double meat

protein bar
yogurt

post workout shake

steak/chicken
salad or vegs
oatmeal
baked sweet potato (or if you don't like it, reg baked potato)

protein shake
 
so basicaly you are saying 4 more eggs, and a salad where the macoroni was? not so sure about the whole oatmeal all trough the day thing as i will probaly have to force myself to eat it once in the mourning...damn that shit is awful. Looking for alot of HIGH protien foods. thanks bro, karma for you all! keep um coming
 
trying to help you spread out cals

rather than eat so much at night....

oatmeal or some other high fiber carb you like instead of the mac and cheese.......salad to add some fiber and help fill your stomach up.....

myself, im thinking of something like the diet "crum" posted.....

anybody know how many cals in 6 oz. of flanksteak?
