I need to get 35 strict military style sit-ups by the 18th for a police test and I can only do about 20 or 21 and fatigue sets in,.....but what I don't understand is how I can do well over 40 sit-ups with my arms crossed over my chest and the difference in hand location affects my abdominal stamina so MUCH!! I need some REAL GOOD advice ...... please help.
