Help with routine/hope gym finished.

Picking up the leg attachment next week.
I own the complete rack though.


I am 18, and very motivated. Went from 250 lbs to 185, keeping most of my lbm. My lifestyle eating habits are on point, and my idea of a cheat meal is having a banana.

Should I be doing the basic bread and butter Squat/Dead/Bench Press? Or would someone be willing to help me setup a proper routine? I thought of following one of the guides here but those seem very bland and generic. Thanks for reading. Much appreciated.
