Your body will benefit from the HGH. It has a very positive effect on the entire system.
Deca alone has some nasty sides. If you are determied to use it, add equal amount of test.
To be frank, I don't think you need any aas to recover. I include 1 leg, leg lpresses and leg extensions and ham curls in my current routine. Weakest leg determines the weight. You could do the same and bring the injured limb back up.
Leg day:
4 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 of the press, left and right alternated ....
3 sets of 8 leg extensions, left and right alternated ...
4 sets of 8, standing ham curls , left and right alternated
3 sets of 12 seated calf raises.
3 sets of 12 standing calf raises.
Twice a week.
Ride a bike for 20 minutes first to warm up.
Do abs afterwards.
