Help w Test Prop

Hey Bros,

getting ready to start my cycle got everything in order just need last minute clarification.

Want to run test at 500 e/w.

only have used TEST E before and this time i got TEST PROP.

how do dose this?

TEST E i took 250 Mondays and 250 on THURSDAYS.

how do i split the test prop?

70mg ED. Total of 490mg a week. Prop can be done e3d but I always prefer ed for smooth stable levels.

Another option is 150MG every other day. Your levels will still be stable but you have half the sticks...
