Help the skinny kid bulk

Sup guys im
5'11 and i weight 160

I really want to bulk up in muscle and size and get a lot bigger arms etc. Doesnt everybody?

Im going to start lifting 4-5 times a week very intensely again, "i am a football player and i lifted for the whole summer + Season then gave up"

I wont let this happen again.

I really need some good foods to eat, shakes to make or buy.

I do have a fast metabolism. And what im trying to point out is im looking for recipes, Shakes/Bars to buy that will make me get bigger and a good whey protein to use when i start lifting.

The adventure is about to begin.

eat lots of egg whites, -cooked; chicken; tuna; and I use Pro Lab N-Large2 strawberry flavored protein powder, mix w/strawberries, and raspberries, and OJ, and it tastes great.
I definately need pasta for added weight also! Forget that Atkins shit, its for fat couch potatoes. I've probably added 5lbs in month or so, of eating lots of high quality stuff!
 
Hey i'm in exactly the same boat as you man im 6'1 , 160lbs. Make sure you get at least 160g protein a day and eat eat eat and you should be fine.
