I've always hit my arse but am trying IGF today instead of AAS. I want to hit my tri's after my workout but I have no idea what exactly to do. It seems to me like there are alot of little veins and nerves running through them so I don't want to make a mistake. I have 30g 5/16" insulin pins. Can anyone help? Are there any diagrams that I can see? Thanks in advance bros!
