Help me understant 150lbs and under

dont know why the thread went to everyones head, this site is supposed to be for fellow guys who know there gear talk and give advice, not compete in a pissing contest, i think it was said earlier somewere, that as long as they dont use it as a crutch, but used as a boost, personally i was never small, i had great genetics, i didnt start till i was 205and 10%, but i have to agree everyone is different, but skinny guys, fat guys, any kinda guys, or ladies to be politically correct, shouldnt start until, they have a goal in mind,1, so they know what to take, the dosing needs to be correct, THE DIET WHICH IS MOST IMPORTANT NEEDS TO BE CORRECT, and last but certainly not least, they need to train!!!! like youve never trained before, you dont get bigger doing the same stuff in the gym, lift like you are on roids cus you are!~!!!!, but most people dont do that starting out, thats where lots of money, time, and stress on the body can occur, just dont be stupid, every case is different though...

It went to everyone's head because of the way the thread starter acted.

i sometimes sit and wonder.. how so many people can be so stupid. look, everyones body is different like someone else mentioned. just like the "walk a mile in my shoes" quote goes.. don't be so quick to judge. some people actually may be stuck at a plateau and some might not. all you can do is throw in your 2 cents of advice. but judging people when you don't really know their situation is ridiculous. i just find it funny that some of you geniuses are throwing around statements like they're actually scientific. "you should weigh 200 first.. or 185 or blah blah blah" , jesus christ please be quiet. there are people here that might actually be gullible enough to take what you're saying seriously. all anyone needs to do is figure out their own body, be patient and make decisions accordingly. the most arrogant thing someone can do is to think what worked for them will work for everyone else.

you cant attach weight or size stats to it, but if someone looks like they dont workout, then they sure as hell shouldnt be juicing, but the majority of people who jump on their first cycle look like they may have driven past a gym once

i can relate to being small..finished high school at 110lbs, 5'11 17yo
Hit the weights freshman year, got to 125lbs
finished college weighting 155lbs
So put on 45 lbs in 4 yrs, not bad...

1st cycle sus, at 155lbs and got to 175lbs
2nd cycle sus/eq, at 175lbs to 185lbs
3rd cycle eq only, at 185lbs to 192 lbs

now sitting at 205lbs currently...at 32yo...finally broke the 200lb barrier...want to get to 215 and stay there at 10-12% BF...

I think Needsize hit it on the head here. There is no set weight limit to start gear, it is whether you have done your work and have your diet and workout regime ready to actually gain from using. There are way too many smooth looking young kids with no base of muscle, no form, no well thought out workout program, and a haphazard diet of pizza and burgers. Waste of gear.

FWIW, I didn't start gear until I was 37 years old, after over 20 years of boxing, baseball, and lifting.

I cut down to 163.5 lbs before my 1st cycle last February (I am 5-8). I am now up to almost 190 lbs with 2 weeks to go in my Dbol/test/winny cycle. I am quite pleased with the results, but I paid for these results a long time ago.

i agree i put in work for 6 years, and you can't tell someone they haven't worked out if their arms have gone from 13 inch beanpoles to 16.5 inches. i would not have touched aas if i was still growing and getting stronger but i wasn't, and u can't tell me that it will all be lost because i used aas cause ive been off for 6 months and haven't dropped a pound. except for 22 days of tbol a few months back, but i had taken off 4 months till then and now its been 2 more, i needed that base in order to put on muscle easier. i agree that i see some guys arms and think they could easily pack on more muscle but its not always the case. ive seen lvtitan's pics and he is 145-150. his 17 inch arms when he wasn't on were quite impressive and you cannot say he doesn't work out. i must point out though that i have only met about 5 people in my life who are like me, so for the most part the statement is true, but there are us extreme ecto's out there who really don't like being told we dont' work hard enough, cause aas isnt magic and if we didn't train and eat right we wouldn't grow with them, i through on 22lbs first cycle so i knew what i was doing i needed the aas to break the barrier

yo bruce i hear you bro, but my arms were actually 16" last winter, i wish they were 17... even at 5 7" and just under 150lbs i looked like a "freak" according to my girl and most of her friends. when i got out of jail quite a few years back, people who hadnt seen me for a while all asked if i had been on steroids (mind you this was way way way before my first cycle) because i worked out nonstop when i was locked up... so yes, i did have a good physique before i ever touched the gear. and by the way when i got out of the pinta, i weighed 118lbs and people thought i was jacked !!
of course i have a tiny waist 28" and i havent worked out my wheels due to some injuries from a few accidents. i'm sure if i dedicated my legs now, i could easily add another 15lbs...

lemme tell you, for naturally skinny people gaining weight can be practically impossible. i ate 3500-4000 calories a day for 2 months straight, and about 35-40% of those calories were protein. i gained about 4 lbs of average body weight, then lost it. After 2 months of eating twice as much as a normal person, i was EXACTLY the same: 5'11 and 150 lbs. I was benching about 15 lbs more, so i must have redistributed a little fat into muscle, but putting on overall body weight is practically impossible for someone with metabolism like mine. I eat more than anyone I know, but somehow it all just gets burned up.

Welcome to EF.

2 months isn't very long to be training.
