i agree everyones body is different, if you have skinny legs and a tiny waist and small frame you are not going to weigh alot. even if your arms are 16-17 inches you might weight around 165. i got to 170 and there is no fucking way i could have without gear. i was eating so much i would almost puke everyday, and i don't give a shit but my bench wouldn't go up at all. a little deca and winny and all that changed. i really only care about strentgh and having lean mass. if you are 220 and have 20% you only have 176 lbs of lean mass, if i'm 170 5% i'm not far off you. big doesn't always matter its all about your frame and body size
