Help me understant 150lbs and under

needsize said:
well gee, since you put it that way, and took the time to type the word "fuck" in there as many times as you did, then I dont see why I shouldnt just take the time to share all the knowlege that took me years to accumulate through tons of research and experience, with someone who cant even take the time to learn how their body responds to food and training before trying to take the easy way out....

needsize i'm sorry if my bad language offends you but you didn't get what i was saying i'm not getting in a pissing match with you on the web i said either help them or don't i get tired of reading all of these stupid threads like this and i help anybody because i know when i started i didn't know shit and wouldn't listen to anybody if they said i was starting to early so if you don't like what someone is doing then don't help them.

it wasnt a big deal either way
I just get annoyed sometimes by the people that only want things the easy way, if you havent put in some time to actually learn how your body responds to training and food, then people like that I dont want to help as they tend to be the same time that would end up on wellfare or workers comp, because they felt they had to work too hard for their paycheck.

Not everyone needs to put in the 10 years that I did first, but at least a few years should be dedicated to this before making the jump to juice

I agree. But I would say 180 if you're around 6'.
Sure you can add mass beyond your genetic limit with AS but you'll never hold it, especially if you don't have any mature mass to build on. There is no evidence that AS will create new satellite cells which are required to make muscle where there was none previously. So all you can do is add to what you already have. At 150 you simply don't have enough.

hold that thought Ulter. Gimme a second.

Abstract
PURPOSE: Athletes who use anabolic steroids get larger and stronger muscles. How this is reflected at the level of the muscle fibers has not yet been established and was the topic of this investigation. METHODS: Muscle biopsies were obtained from the trapezius muscles of high-level power lifters who have reported the use of anabolic steroids in high doses for several years and from high-level power lifters who have never used these drugs. Enzyme-immunohistochemical investigation was performed to assess muscle fiber types, fiber area, myonuclear number, frequency of satellite cells, and fibers expressing developmental protein isoforms. RESULTS: The overall muscle fiber composition was the same in both groups. The mean area for each fiber type in the reported steroid users was larger than that in the nonsteroid users (P < 0.05). The number of myonuclei and the proportion of central nuclei were also significantly higher in the reported steroid users (P < 0.05). Likewise, the frequency of fibers expressing developmental protein isoforms was significantly higher in the reported steroid users group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Intake of anabolic steroids and strength-training induce an increase in muscle size by both hypertrophy and the formation of new muscle fibers. We propose that activation of satellite cells is a key process and is enhanced by the steroid use. The incorporation of the satellite cells into preexisting fibers to maintain a constant nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio seems to be a fundamental mechanism for muscle fiber growth. Although all the subjects in this study have the same level of performance, the possibility of genetic differences between the two groups cannot be completely excluded.
