if you go to a good chiropractor or physical therapist, they can give you some too (they'll be pretty much the same)... they're easy and you can do them anywhere....
I do 2 sets throughout the day at work, whenever I feel my shoulders/back tightening up.... then I stretch again before every workout.... I also do some of the dumbbell exercises that some of the other bro's talked about....
Ice several times a day if possible (maybe after stretching).... especially ice after working out.....
if none of this helps over time, you definitely should get some MRI's
