Help me regain my motivation

Ok,

This is to everyone...I need your help...urgent.

Over the last 3 weeks I have changed- and want the old me back.

I've suffered two bad experiences with girls, one who was only over here for 4 weeks, I completely fell for, and had to go home. The other, I met pretty much straight after, she seemed to completely fall for me, and then a few days later made a complete 360, and doesn't seem to want to talk to me anymore. She simply left it 'I need to thing about things...' and that was a week ago, and I haven't heard from her since.

My problem? Wearing my heart on my sleeve.

I've started smoking, alot, around 10 a day after kicking the habit for 2 years. I'm barely eating, probably 1-2 meals a day, and when I can be bothered to train, I feel weak and a shadow of my former self. I've dropped down from 90kg to 87kg in 10 days.

My uncle found out he had testicular cancer, and had pretty much resigned himself to the fact it was game over for him.

I was planning to compete next year- but as each day goes by, I realise that is slipping away.

Finally, I hate my job- have done for along time, though I have an interview somewhere else tomorrow- so I'm praying I get that.

I want to turn myself around, but don't know where to start.

I know there are plenty of wise people on here, and wondered if someone could help me before I collapse on myself like a dying star.
 
How old are you ?
If minor dating problems and hating your job are your biggest worries I say thank your lucky stars thats all.
Quit smoking and try to get a better job and the rest will take care of itself.
 
The only one of those problems you don't have control over is your uncle's nuts.

Put a bunch of dbols in a pez dispenser, eat one every 30 minutes, rape a few hobos, and get a new goddamn job.
 
I would say give it 2 weeks

I'm not a little kid coming on here bitching. Just I'm mature enough to recognise I'm not who I should be/usually am, and I'm looking for some guidance/help.

Counselling may be a start...
 
Your guidance can be found into your soul
music will help you a lot,listen to nightwish and read them lyrics
also tarja turunen what lies beneath will cheer u up.
Try having a walk outside with your headphones on and think positive.
Sounds strange but i've been in a similar situation.
music,gym,and motivation came through.All i was thinking was "DAMN LIFE GOES ON,IT'S SHORT WHY SHOULD I GIVE UP?"
First off find a job that u like.I've learned that having a job that has positive results will be much easier.
You have to eat,your mind is now "stuck" and eating is very important.

Figures youre pretty young. You need to find the root cause of your smoking, chick problems, weight loss etc. If there is something tying all of it together figure it out. Otherwise tackle each problem on its own.
By the way 3 weeks is a drop in the bucket. If you are still having problems after 6 months then get professional help.
