yes the ymca is usually cheap, GO TO A GYM and your gains wil come much faster.

basically everything that was said here is VERY good advice. FUCK all the small details until your about 6 or even 10 months into good gains.
consume a good protein shake ALWAYS quickly after your workout, you MUST eat every 3 hours, i was eating every 2 hours to a total of 8 meals per day.
do not give me some bullshit excuse of why you cannot do this, i was 135 lbs at 6 foot 3 (picture that!) it just came to the point where you MUST stuff yourself to the point of vomiting. like you will feel bloated, whatever, full as shit , like your going to explode and sleepy from all the food.
also the water is key, KEY, do not think you can get away without the water, and flood yourself in water during the workout, very beneficial. if you are not pissing every 30 minutes then your not dfrinking enough , drink more fucking water.
and motivation!!! are you kidding me!!! i realize your 16 but at some point your not gong to be interested in 16 year old insecure teeny boppers with underdeveloped parts and become interested in beuatiful women.
u cannot pick up beautiful women or even have a chance at anywhere in the 120-130 pound range. for my height, i still have about 40 lbs to go before i reach my goals. it will take years. however im nearing 160, almost 25 lbs since august. it can be done. read read read.

although nothing wrong with a low bodyfat, just dont worry aobut it now, you wont be able to maximize gains while worrying about these small details. it will be easy for you to shed the extra fat once you put the muscle bulk on.

you will should be gagging due to the food intake. and no KFC, clean meats, tuna, cottage cheese, millk, WATER, nuts (nuts are high calories) etc etc. get your parents to buy u a lot of food.
