Hi guyz..little abt my stats..
28 yrs
6.1 ht
205lbs
Bodyfat..dont know sorry...lifting from past 6 yrs and i have done 3 cycles before and currently in 6th week of my 4th cycle consisting of test prop 150 mg/wk with anavar 50mg/day...everything was going fine till ystrday.today i've got my liver and lipid profile checked..i was shocked when i saw my ldl and total cholesterol...i am taking 4 gms of fish oil daily, also liv52 etc...though my diet is semi clean...so tell me guys what should i do now.....should i stop my cycle and take statin or complete my 10 wk cycle and also take statin on cycle...i am very scared plz kindly give me your suggestions...i have also attached my blood reports

not sure what you are expecting but good cholesterol will go down on cycle and bad cholesterol will go up.

thats the purpose of cycling off. i never believe guys that stay on year round at high doses that claim their bloods are normal. their gear is bunk or they are full of shit.

now when you cycle off and your cholesterol stays strained then you've got yourself a problem, but on cycle do yourself a favor and don't run bloods cause you won't like the results

Then what should i do sir? Stop the cycle and do pct?...in my life first time i saw that much increase in cholestrol...
Now i am scared and concern abt my health...will i be alright or there r chances of heart disease

I was thinking exactly like Steve. Why run bloods while on cycle? Run them before cycle and after pct. Then if there is a problem you know to deal w it. Whether to finish the cycle is your personal choice. Blood fluctuations on cycle are not unusual.

if you are worried then definately just stop and pct. then run bloods again after a few weeks after pct and your levels should eventually tick back to normal slowly. they won't be normal right away, it will take time to get back to normal.

every single juicer on this board who runs bloods during cycle will have numbers all over the place in different categories. especially considering guys run like a gram of juice a week or more like its nothing.

i would also consider investing in some n2guard to help with your organ health from top to bottom.. the stuff has a bunch of vitamins, minerals which are proven to help.

bottom line is even the biggest lunkheads on here who run juice with no regard to their health will admit thats the one thing juicing will do.. fuck with your cholesterol levels. that and they work lol

PS: atleast you know your var and test is legit :) one good thing you learned from these results.

For us non plats who can't expand the photos, can you summarize the before and after numbers?

But, basically, an abnormal lipid profile can lead to atherosclerosis. That disease process is very slow, gradually causing damage over decades. People with genetic bad cholesterol numbers can die at 50, but that's 50 years of bad numbers. (of course, people at the extreme end of the spectrum can die much sooner than that). The point is, you shouldn't live with an abnormal lipid profile, but if its just for a matter of weeks, it isn't anything to worry about. I'd compare it to smoking. Smoke all your life and you will likely pay the price. But smoke for 1 summer and you probably won't have any long term damage from it.

thanx sir, your suggestions are always helpful....one thing more sir.. is it okey to stop all ass sudden altogather?? or should i continue with test p 50mg/wk for more 2 weeks then start pct??

Ya bro the var is what did it

Hop on some niacin to. Not the non flushing or extended release stuff

Your values will come back down. Get re checked in like 8 weeks

Mine personally has never been above 213 even on a shit diet. But during a test cycle my cholesterol and triglycerides stay perfect as long as my diet is clean. Even without lipid stabil.
IMHO anyone who cycles should use it period.

Get 3-4 bottles and double the dose for a month and then continue at a normal dose for another 60 days or so. It will do nothing but help you get back to where you need to be.

I wasnt trying to scare you bro. I have just never seen numbers like that. but I have only taken mid cycle bloods twice.
Did it like 8 weeks ago. Test only. MPV, RBC, Hemocrit (and one other thing) were quite elevated. All having to do with blood volume, red blood cells ect.... from the test. I kinda got freaked out but it was all to be expected due to Test.
I know Var can/will fuck up your lipids but I have never personally seen accounts on how much. I would almost wager that your case is maybe an extreme example. I would like to hear from some other bros who have gotten mid var or immediatley post var bloods done.
I am set to try var for the first time ever as soon as i can get two physical therapy issues (bi tendon) straightened out. It definatley makes me second guess.

Dylan, have you done mid or post cycle bloods with var?

on every cycle my cholesterol went up but not this much...may be its due to my genes:worried:....i saw other guys on heavy cycles and not even on strict diet and there numbers always show in good range...is there any chances of heart attack or stroke?? i am feeling very anxious and freaking out...

no such thing as stopping all together.. when you stop taking AAS the esters gradually drop off.. the shorter the half life the quicker it drops off. so the sooner you stop the sooner it is out of your body..

the simplest solution here is to test your bloods off cycle.. if its still high off then you have issues.. could be genetic, could be your lifestyle, could be your diet.. but you have something wrong.

if it does back to normal off cycle then you need to run support supps for sure while on and keep dosages low. maybe even avoid the var which is harsh on that.. i would be more than happy to take the var off your hands:evil::evil:

sure sir.....

This is very bad.
Are you sure you were in the normal range for all these numbers before your cycle? It looks too far out of whack to be caused by the roids alone.

yes definitely,i always start cycle after proper blood tests...before starting cycle my total cholesterol was 200..i am also confused where i went wrong??how much bad diet gives bad impact...i think not that much....

^^^ if thats the case then just leave out the var next time and see what happens.

something happened from point A to point B. i doubt with your stats you are an overweight slob, if anything you seem decently fit at your height and weight.. without a pic though i'm just guessing.

hmmmm...not overweight slob...i can see some light veins on my arms and chest...and yes lower abdomen has one small layer of fat(not much)other wise i am not a typical fat guy..

Bad diet with AAS will fuck your bloodwork up. but theres different degrees of bad. Were you eating alot of crap while on cycle.
I know for me, when I can run my Var I plan on having lipid stabil, liver support, taking 8-9000mg krill oil daily, 1.5 gal water minumum and the strictest diet I have ever ran with no more than one cheat meal a week and not being ice cream or cake, I mean being like 3-4 pieces of pizza.

If 200 is normal for you then just finish out your cycle and don't worry about it.

It is good info to know if you plan on spending a lot of your time on cycle. You said you were on the 6th week of your 4th cycle. How long were the other three, and how much rest in between them?

They were 2 or 3 months long with equal time inbetween..means
2 mnths on=2 mnths off

You might be seeing some kind of cumulative effect on your liver. Maybe after 2 months off, your bloods could come back to normal, but your liver could still be a little run down, so that when you start up again it has a more severe impact on your liver than the first time? (I don't know, just thinking out loud).

Jesus bro, I've never seen an LDL that high before.

This is what I would do:
1. Diet: super high fiber, ton of greens, nothing processes (especially fats). If it doesnt go bad within a week, dont eat it. You need to be in a state where you're burning calories too, not packing weight on.
2. Supplements: this is where it gets tricky because niacin works well to get lipids back to normal, but you have raised liver values. Niacin is not the best on the liver. Get on fish oils, flax oils, cook with olive oil etc... Take the other lipid support supps that don't contain niacin - or just take a small amount of it.
3. Follow this for a month, retest, look for trending, if you're headed in the right direction, continue.
4. if things dont go back to normal, or are not trending that way, talk to a doctor about statins.
