HELP!!! high cholesterol......plz read

This is very bad.
Are you sure you were in the normal range for all these numbers before your cycle? It looks too far out of whack to be caused by the roids alone.
yes definitely,i always start cycle after proper blood tests...before starting cycle my total cholesterol was 200..i am also confused where i went wrong??how much bad diet gives bad impact...i think not that much....

^^^ if thats the case then just leave out the var next time and see what happens.

something happened from point A to point B. i doubt with your stats you are an overweight slob, if anything you seem decently fit at your height and weight.. without a pic though i'm just guessing.

Bad diet with AAS will fuck your bloodwork up. but theres different degrees of bad. Were you eating alot of crap while on cycle.
I know for me, when I can run my Var I plan on having lipid stabil, liver support, taking 8-9000mg krill oil daily, 1.5 gal water minumum and the strictest diet I have ever ran with no more than one cheat meal a week and not being ice cream or cake, I mean being like 3-4 pieces of pizza.

If 200 is normal for you then just finish out your cycle and don't worry about it.

It is good info to know if you plan on spending a lot of your time on cycle. You said you were on the 6th week of your 4th cycle. How long were the other three, and how much rest in between them?

They were 2 or 3 months long with equal time inbetween..means
2 mnths on=2 mnths off

You might be seeing some kind of cumulative effect on your liver. Maybe after 2 months off, your bloods could come back to normal, but your liver could still be a little run down, so that when you start up again it has a more severe impact on your liver than the first time? (I don't know, just thinking out loud).

Jesus bro, I've never seen an LDL that high before.

This is what I would do:
1. Diet: super high fiber, ton of greens, nothing processes (especially fats). If it doesnt go bad within a week, dont eat it. You need to be in a state where you're burning calories too, not packing weight on.
2. Supplements: this is where it gets tricky because niacin works well to get lipids back to normal, but you have raised liver values. Niacin is not the best on the liver. Get on fish oils, flax oils, cook with olive oil etc... Take the other lipid support supps that don't contain niacin - or just take a small amount of it.
3. Follow this for a month, retest, look for trending, if you're headed in the right direction, continue.
4. if things dont go back to normal, or are not trending that way, talk to a doctor about statins.
