im startin to feel a little better guys, i actually ate today, man this shit sucks. damn it i HATE losing weight, it takes so much to gain and it takes little to lose, its not fair. anyway ive been chuggin petialite and gatorade. so we'll see in a few days. maybe ill be able to squat without shitting my pants. i guess this seems to be a pretty common virus going around... its certainly one of the worst ones ive ever encountered..

yea its got to be the worst, but im eating a bit better now. not much mind. Have to start back in a few weeks i think. If i get sick again then it must be the d-bol. but somehow i dont think it is.. got to be a virus..
