Help Designing The Ultimate Post Workout Blend!!!!!!!!!

Keep it simple

100% Whey Isolate
Glutamine Peptides (Ener-G glutamine)
ps -- you need about 25-50 grams of EnerG
Creatine or CEE 2-10 grams ( 2-5 if CEE) 5-10 if normal Creatine
Dextrose 30-60 grams (depending on how much of an Insluin Spike you want)
R-ala- (Glucorell-r) 100-300 mgs (1-3caps)




seriously nothing better than this

ps I like the guys at TP but I would never want someone to touch my individual powders unless it s a machine

Omega, do you mean 2 - 5 grams of CEE or 2 - 5 caps?
 
no one has mentioned slow digesting carbs at all?

has anyone tried that or are you just referring whats available on that site..

my post workout meal about an hour later has low gi carbs
 
just get BULK QUAKER OATS and out them in a blender till it turns to a powder

or just add raw oats to the concoction I made and BLEND!

the oats give it a nutty flavor, add a bit more luquid since the oats suck up some

Ive been doing this for my second meal with my humalog shot and its working great so far.
 
My post-workout drink:

60g Carbs Maltodextrin
42g Pure Whey Isolate
10g Glycerol
10g L-Glutamine
1.2g Betaine HCl + Pepsin + Papain + Bromelain

(I save some armour like PureCEE etc.. for PCT and off cycle)
