i dont like that website....
I use 40-60 grams whey, 75- 100 grams dextrose, 5-10 grams glut. peptides (AF STORE), 1,500 mgs vit C

Depends... I have a hydrolisate/dextrose/maltodextrin mixture, and even with splenda it could be sweeter. Hydrolyzed whey is bitter as hell, and even with 60g of dextrose it could be slightly sweeter. Maltodextrin has no taste.
 
I just throw back a Myoplex with some added creatine and glutamine (Beverly)... swallow some ULTRA 40 & MASS AMINOS and I'm good to go. As soon as I get home I hit the oatmeal.
It may be time for UncleSlat to redo the diet though. 250 is getting close :garza:

I'll say... this morning I was around 246, but last night i was about 250... haha... I have accomplished the senior 60! The freshman 15 is nothin! I def need to start eating more... somehow? haha
 
Keep it simple

100% Whey Isolate
Glutamine Peptides (Ener-G glutamine)
ps -- you need about 25-50 grams of EnerG
Creatine or CEE 2-10 grams ( 2-5 if CEE) 5-10 if normal Creatine
Dextrose 30-60 grams (depending on how much of an Insluin Spike you want)
R-ala- (Glucorell-r) 100-300 mgs (1-3caps)




seriously nothing better than this

ps I like the guys at TP but I would never want someone to touch my individual powders unless it s a machine

Omega, do you mean 2 - 5 grams of CEE or 2 - 5 caps?
 
no one has mentioned slow digesting carbs at all?

has anyone tried that or are you just referring whats available on that site..

my post workout meal about an hour later has low gi carbs
 
just get BULK QUAKER OATS and out them in a blender till it turns to a powder

or just add raw oats to the concoction I made and BLEND!

the oats give it a nutty flavor, add a bit more luquid since the oats suck up some

Ive been doing this for my second meal with my humalog shot and its working great so far.
 
My post-workout drink:

60g Carbs Maltodextrin
42g Pure Whey Isolate
10g Glycerol
10g L-Glutamine
1.2g Betaine HCl + Pepsin + Papain + Bromelain

(I save some armour like PureCEE etc.. for PCT and off cycle)

yup. you got that right.

many studies done indicating it is pretty much useless unless adminstered intravenously.

taken orally its useful as a digestive aid, but that's about it.

folks, gjohnson has a full blown woody right now poppin' through his boxers, he's got Episode 1 in his DVD player, one hand beatin' his meat, the other typing. I'm positive he already beat off earlier today when he saw the "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Universe" preview on TV. Get it tested. That's all I have to say. If you'd had it tested , you know what in it. The label doesn't tell you what all's in it.
