Depends... I have a hydrolisate/dextrose/maltodextrin mixture, and even with splenda it could be sweeter. Hydrolyzed whey is bitter as hell, and even with 60g of dextrose it could be slightly sweeter. Maltodextrin has no taste.
I just throw back a Myoplex with some added creatine and glutamine (Beverly)... swallow some ULTRA 40 & MASS AMINOS and I'm good to go. As soon as I get home I hit the oatmeal.
It may be time for UncleSlat to redo the diet though. 250 is getting close
I'll say... this morning I was around 246, but last night i was about 250... haha... I have accomplished the senior 60! The freshman 15 is nothin! I def need to start eating more... somehow? haha
